In Greater Noida West, Bhutani Grandthum is currently developing a roughly 23-acre IT/ITES facility. The project is situated in Techzone 4, close to multinational corporations, the future Noida International Airport, and the Aqua Line metro corridor of Noida Metro Rail Corporation.
The company's managing director, Dr. Amish Bhutani, stated, "Project development is underway. We are building more than 1 lakh square feet per month, and we will complete the project within the deadlines set by the RERA authorities. The business has already committed roughly INR 250 crores to the project.
Additionally, the project has been pre-certified by the IGBC as a Platinum Green Building. Grandthum consists of two high-rise towers, with distinctive office spaces located on the G+34 and G+30 floors, respectively. Hypermarkets, anchor locations, 5-screen multiplexes, entertainment zones, food courts, and high-energy nightclubs with lovely landscaping are also given strategic locations.
One of the most profitable commercial investment zones in the NCR is Greater Noida West. There are more prospects for economic development as a result of population growth. The Noida International Airport is now in the planning stages, therefore the area will soon be one of the most sought-after business districts in the National Capital Region.
A sizable portion of Greater Noida and Noida's inhabitants will have their retail requirements met by the project.
